About the Role
Test Company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to handle inbound enquiries and support our growing customer base. You will be the main point of contact for customers ordering packaging materials and will work closely with our warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
- Process orders and coordinate with the warehouse on delivery timelines
- Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Support the sales team with quotes and follow-ups
What We Are Looking For
- 2 or more years in a customer service or order management role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with order management or CRM software
- Detail-oriented and organised
