About the Role
Test Company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of goods from our Sydney warehouse to customers across Australia. You will work closely with freight partners and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery at the best possible cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Book and manage outbound freight with carriers and 3PL providers
- Track shipments and proactively communicate updates to the customer service team
- Resolve delivery issues and coordinate returns
- Maintain freight cost records and assist with carrier performance reviews
- Support procurement of inbound raw materials
What We Are Looking For
- 2 or more years in a logistics or freight coordination role
- Familiarity with freight management or TMS platforms
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communicator with both internal teams and external partners
