About the Role
Test Company is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our Sydney warehouse. You will be responsible for managing staff and ensuring our packaging materials are picked packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff
- Oversee stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team
- Ensure OH&S standards are met across the facility
- Monitor dispatch schedules and resolve fulfilment issues
- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes
What We Are Looking For
- 3 or more years experience in warehouse or operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Forklift licence preferred
