1998 → Kaplan acquisition → Lupo 

Michael Wolff spent more than 15 years inside Australia’s RTO sector, leading operations, compliance and growth through to acquisition. As COO of Academy Holdings, he experienced firsthand the pressure of managing enrolments, reporting, delivery and scale in a highly regulated environment.

When Academy Holdings was acquired by Kaplan, it marked the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. That experience gave Michael a practical view of what education providers need to grow, modernise and operate more effectively.

When he returned to the sector, the gap was clear. Many RTOs were still facing the same operational challenges, but without the systems, automation and digital capability needed to scale efficiently.

That is where Lupo began. By partnering with Glenn Miller, who brings deep expertise in Agency, HubSpot, systems architecture and AI, Lupo combined operator insight with agency-side execution to create a more complete solution for education providers. This balance creates the perfect recipe for RTO growth success.
