About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team in Sydney. You will be responsible for managing customer invoices and ensuring timely collection of payments across our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and send customer invoices accurately and on time
  • Follow up on outstanding payments via phone and email
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records in our accounting system
  • Assist with month-end reporting

What We Are Looking For

  • 2 or more years experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role
  • Proficiency in Xero or MYOB
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical skills
  • Professional and confident when following up on overdue accounts
