Digital Marketing Coordinator and Support Role

The role
This role is a key ingredient to help strengthen the future of digital marketing at Lupo, Digital together with the internal Marketing team.
From day one, this individual will contribute to the coordination, support, planning, set up, and continuous optimisation of all aspects of digital marketing programs, campaigns and functions, including communications, advertising, branding, and social media for Lupo Digital, its clients and related entities, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals.
As the Lupo Digital Digital Marketing Coordinator you will not be limited to any particular channel but exposed to numerous channels including website, blog, email, landing pages, social and paid media, CRM and ERP systems, SaaS platforms, HubSpot, automation, projects, ongoing client work.
The ideal candidate must be well organised and have a passion for and understanding of Marketing fundamentals, you are HubSpot Academy Certified and enjoy working with people and teams.
Responsibilities
- Assistance in the Coordination and support of the day-to-day execution of digital marketing plans and strategy together with the team(s) and assist in planning and executing digital campaigns across all digital channels
- Coordinate and support a variety of campaign progress, developing various digital marketing materials, sourcing images and artwork, collating content, updating online assets, streamlining digital marketing production, and handling general digital marketing activities including, for example, but not limited to:
- Supporting digital marketing initiatives and campaigns, marketing calendars & support alignment of campaigns, themes and events
- Creating and managing mailing lists
- Handling product and campaign launches
- Input into digital audits
- Editing marketing materials
- Execute and measure A/B and conversion tests
- Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimise user funnels
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
- Researching market and various industry and related trends (per client or campaign)
- Identifying and engaging with internal teams, clients, strategic partners and vendors
- Coordinating Lupo and clients campaign deadlines, marketing events (online and in person)
- Developing and sourcing content for digital platforms
- Use analytics tools to assess and modify our campaigns
- Optimise SEO by instruction
- Oversee our social media accounts
- Measure and report performance and results of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against campaign goals

Work across all areas Content production and management for example: Content research and brief planning, Copy and content editing, reviewing, editing and proofreading content work produced by other in-house and freelance copywriters relative to website copy, SEO, blogs, lead gen assets, landing pages, email, brochures etc., Social media strategy and best-practice and overseeing the team’s deliverables for each client’s content and social media calendars.
Given the on-demand nature of some digital marketing we do, this may include after-hours support to manage last-minute deadlines.
Your Skills and Experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role(s) (Agency experience preferred, not essential)
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation and strong communication skills via software, phone, email, webinar, fax (just kidding) and video conferencing and strong computer literacy
- The role requires great attention to detail (especially across copy, imagery, design and related campaign elements (budget, platform settings), excellent organisation skills and presentation skills and an ability to juggle multiple tasks on sometimes short deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, online marketing tools and marketing campaign development and implementation processes
- You have a comprehensive understanding of the funnel, paid ads, social media, and analytics.
- You are a problem solver through and through. You do not rest until you figure out the answers to the most complex marketing issues.
- HubSpot platforms experience and deep understanding of Inbound Methodology
- A Growth and continuous improvement mindset and passion for all things digital
- You love working with clients and fortifying relationships for long-term success
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a desire to pro-actively collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional team
- Experience working as a digital marketer or social media marketer with knowledge of digital marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels and social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Experience in setting up, managing and reporting on email marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of CMS, CRM, Some SaaS and aspects of ERP systems (will be explored during the interview process)
- Understanding of general digital marketing reporting & web analytics: to build and improve appropriate social metrics, insights and best practices, then acting on the information.

- Understanding and experience scheduling and management and promotion of a Podcast: organising podcasts guests for the podcast, curating the marketing and promotion of podcasts

Nice to have - preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing, Business, or Communication)
- Copywriting and copy editing skills (demonstration required) helpful
- Deep HubSpot platform and hands-on experience
- Deep experience with social media and PPC advertising
- Graphic design and video editing skills

- Director of Growth Strategy and Customer Experience
- Works collaboratively with Lupo Marketing, Production, Creative Design and Technical Teams.
