Inbound HubSpot Technical Support
The role
The Inbound HubSpot Technical Support role is responsible for providing a seamless HubSpot Technical support to Lupo Digital Customers and for building all HubSpot capable assets, across the entire HubSpot platform. The role includes guided user training on the HubSpot tools and may require liaison and collaboration with HubSpot Technical support and customers team(s) . You have a strong understanding of HubSpot tools (all Hubs) as well as experience in customer-facing roles.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer needs and requirements.
- Configure HubSpot to meet customer needs.
- Train users on HubSpot's marketing, sales, and service tools.
- Troubleshoot problems with HubSpot.
- Provide ongoing support to customers.
- Work with the Customer Success Manager to track customer progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on HubSpot's latest features and functionality.
- Collaborate with other roles at Lupo Digital.
Must have skills
- You are HubSpot Certified (proof of certification required).
- You have passed HubSpot Academy certificates relative to this role and including at least the HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification.
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong ability to build assets in HubSpot's marketing, sales, and service tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for helping businesses succeed.
Additional skills required
- You are HubSpot Certified with respect to the HubSpot Partner Scaled Onboarding (PSO) role (proof of certification required).
- HubSpot platform setup experience.
- Experience with project management software, for example - Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com

Work closely within the Lupo HubSpot Onboarding team and together with the account and project managers at Lupo to successfully manage new HubSpot onboarding customers.

- Works collaboratively with Lupo Marketing, Production, Creative Design and Technical Teams.
