The Role
The Digital Project Manager is full time remote (Phillipines timezone or similar towards Australia) role responsible for Project planning, overseeing projects, and client management within the organisation, from initial ideation through to completion. You will coordinate people, processes, and client communications to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
Responsibilities
- Leading the initiation, planning, execution, and delivery of projects to meet objectives on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Utilising a range of project management methodologies and tools to effectively plan, monitor, and report progress to stakeholders:
- ClickUp - Lupo Project Management software
- HubSpot
- Google Chat
- Google Meet
- Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Acting as the primary liaison between the Production team, Account Managers, senior management, and clients to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Defining project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities while managing resource availability and allocation, including internal and third-party resources.
- Preparing comprehensive project plans to outline key milestones, work streams, and activities, ensuring alignment with client and organisational expectations.
- Collaborating with the sales team to translate project plans into detailed proposals and quotations using Lupo ClickUp Project Management software.
- Overseeing project delivery in adherence to the plan, while tracking progress and providing regular updates to the project team, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proactively managing changes in project scope, schedule, or budget, and identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Leveraging expertise as an accredited HubSpot onboarding and implementation Solutions Partner to plan, manage, and implement solutions using HubSpot, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of the platform.
- Driving stakeholder alignment from project inception, maintaining consistent communication, and ensuring all parties are informed and engaged.
- Steering projects clear of common pitfalls, such as cost overruns and integration challenges with existing systems (e.g., marketing, billing).
- Applying frameworks like RACI to enhance clarity in roles and responsibilities, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Continuously improving project management processes to optimise efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.
The project manager will report directly to senior management.
Ideal background relative to Lupo Digital:
- 4 years+ experience in digital project management
- HubSpot certified and experienced on the HubSpot platform
- A strong commitment to teamwork.
- Ability to adapt quickly to requirement changes.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Loves systems and processes
- Fine attention to detail willing to take instructions and follow them to the letter whilst in the learning phase.
- Very well organised with time management.
- Someone who does not enjoy or require micromanagement.

- Act as the HubSpot Client Administrator, supporting end-users as needed.
- Enhance scalable and repeatable operational processes to improve the efficiency of project and account management.

- Prepare a dashboard with the report for the above marketing elements
- Based on the elements above, let's use those as a reference if we needed to implement those items using our teams across graphic design, Share an example of how you would expect to add these to ASANA and brief the team
- Sample email communicating to our team
- Example demo for them to demonstrate how they prioritise competing issues/tasks
- Test their skill on the phone/video talking to customers and suppliers
