The Sales BDR Business Development Representative Role
This is a full-time remote role as a Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) at Lupo Digital.
As a BDR, your main responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, initiating and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. You will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients, conducting cold outreach, and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team.

Responsibilities
- Research, identify needs and challenges of prospects (via methods you bring with your experience) and validate net new leads to prospect
- Use prospecting strategies from your experience to lead your initial outreach to prospects
- Work closely and collaboratively with an assigned Account Executive or Sales Representative to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans
- Initiate and conduct high-volume qualification calls for prospecting (telemarketing) to generate qualified best-fit leads (between 40 and 60 calls per day - the definition of best fit leads will be provided)
- Understanding Lupo product and service offerings inside and out
- Ability to communicate Lupo's purpose and value to prospective customers
- Determine the prospect's interest in Lupo products/services
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for internal sales representatives with prospects
- Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned
- Achieve 40-60 activities per day
- Work internally with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of discovery calls
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high volume and outbound sales role
- Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales skills
- Track record of high achievement and the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis
- Excellent voice-phone verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better
- The technical aptitude to master our sales tools, system and process and naturally curious
- A proven ability to drive results, be resilient during challenging sales situations, have a customer-first mentality and a strong growth mindset.
- Experience using a CRM system like Hubspot or otherwise
- Knowledge of digital marketing and customer service is a plus

About You
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience as a Sales BDR
- A self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
- Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
- Interest in a broad variety of industry, technology and product for example; HubSpot, Education industry, Manufacturing and Distribution industry, Financial Services and Insurance Industry, Legal industry to mention a few.
- You have a track record of driving results, you’re hardworking and goal-oriented
- You have a tireless positive attitude

- You can put yourself in others’ shoes and see situations from perspectives other than your own

Expected KPIs
- 4-10 Good Quality meetings booked per month
- 40-60 outreach (combination of calls, messages or emails) per day
