LUPO DIGITAL CAREERS
Strategic Account Manager
The Role
Full-time role, you will be dedicated to establishing and maintaining sound client relationships, built on professionalism, integrity, and trust. As the account gatekeeper, you will be continuously striving for client success and satisfaction across all agency outputs and services.
Strategically, you have the responsibility of maintaining and developing cohesive, effective and performance-driven marketing strategies that drive ROI for our clients, increase the visibility of their brand and deliver engagement across their assets including their website, content offers and social channels. You'll develop a deep understanding of the client and their goals, backed by in-depth analysis and market research.
From attending Growth Strategy Sessions, as well as Website UX Workshops, you would work with an internal team to plan and execute creative, data-driven campaigns to generate engagement and leads through paid channels, social, content-based marketing and conversational marketing – through the Buyer Journey to delivering MQL’s, SQL’s, Opportunities and ultimately Customers for our clients.
Clients will expect your undivided support, attention, and knowledge around project-related processes, end to end facilitation, and milestone outcomes. As the owner of all client communication, concerns and feedback – you are the primary conduit between the client and agency stakeholders. Your ability to effectively project and time manage, means you remain steps ahead of the client, the team, and all engagements - successfully managing all deliverables, on-time with quality assurance.
You have a vested interest in the client’s business, marketing activities, and their products/services, and strive to broaden your knowledge around their industry and their competitor’s market-presence.
Your goal is to not only guarantee delivery on what was sold, but to exceed expectations, as well as identify opportunities to further grow the account via additional agency product offerings.
