Video Editor and Post Producer Role

  • Do so by transforming the video briefs you receive into world-class awesome inspiring videos that truly engage feelings and emotions.

Job Summary

Reporting and working hand in hand with the Director of Growth Strategy & Customer Experience, you will absorb raw video content, mostly shot on iPhone or GoPro or video conferencing + webinar(zoom) software, and produce high quality video’s about our products, services, industry insights and trends, podcasts and events we run, facilitate or curate.

Requirements

As Lupo Digitals Video Editor & Post-Producer you will produce and edit videos across 3 primary areas:

  1. Company-based videos for Lupo Digital to feature on Lupo Digital assets (website, blog, social media channels eg: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, paid media ad channels, Landing pages).

    • customer video interviews + testimonial (zoom or iPhone footage).
  2. Personal brand-based videos

    • vlog - video recorded footage of our Podcasts (Outside your Comfort Zone Podcast: hyperurl.co/jgpyn6
    • action adventure sports; Mountain bike, stand up paddle, trail runs.
    • other leisure-based videos.
  3. Other commercial video needs for our clients and Lupo Digital's Commercial clients for example: how-to videos, web-based digitsl commercials for social and paid media channels, websites etc.

Over time and from an editing point of view, you may need to coach or mentor the team members at Lupo Digital how to better shoot footage to assist in better quality video or improved quality, to output better result.


Publishing content and Frequency

You need to
  • have the experience publishing to YouTube and other relevant channels.
  • sharing to our company and personal social channels, as required.
  • be able to publish(or learn to do so) through the HubSpot social platform OR post directly, native, via each social channel or third-party intermediary software platform.
Frequency: video’s published weekly or at least fortnightly and for Lupo content perhaps publishing 2-3 micro videos weekly.
