What is the program?
Every human being is different. Regardless of actual skill and real-life work experience, some people have natural ability. Natural ability does not always apply to everyone in every aspect of work but most often it does, in enough areas that provide value. In our experience, what starts as an Internship opportunity can lead amazing people to tire quickly from a stock standard internship point-of-view, especially if they are hungry to earn money as soon as their work provides value that clients are willing to pay for.
Our earn and learn program is more than just an internship, it aims to set students up to learn and succeed and as soon as they do, it looks for indicators to reward candidates to move from learning to earning, as soon as possible. The program is dressed up as an internship because some student candidates have enjoyed remaining in the learning phase, like any other Internship. That's no problem either but is not always for everyone, so the Lupo Digital Student Earn and Learn Internship Program is a step up from the norm with flexibility for both types of candidate.

How does it work?
You apply via the form on this page and like any other internship opportunity, team Lupo assesses candidate applications, and depending on available roles and candidate characteristics per role, Team Lupo will engage candidates in an interview process.
If successful, candidates are paired with a working Mentor in the role who will work with the Student Intern to teach them the ropes and aim to get them earning as soon as their aptitude and go-get attitude align, if that's what the candidate desires.
A formal process is to be expected with regular meetings, reports completed as required, quarterly reviews, and annual final stage summary reviews and reports, which are not different from a formal job role.
When the time is right to earn, a transparent discussion will result from the outcome, and often a blended earn and learn progress, case by case, per candidate. If the candidate wishes to continue post internship and Lupo feels a fit for a formal job offer may be the best reward.

We don't beat around the bush, we train like we play so we don't sugar coat or water down our internship programs on the surface much different to the real jobs we offer. We train interns with real-life work experience alongside not only real-life industry professionals, but the best of the best - we recruit the finest.
Mentored Intern roles align with those on offer or roles that one may expect from a Digital Agency of the future including; data, design, development, creative, production, software, project management, AI, marketing, sales, customer service, training, web, integrations, CRM, HubSpot and more.
Who do the Program Candidates Report?
Candidates will work alongside a Lupo Digital Job Role Mentor, collaboratively with Lupo Marketing, Production, Creative Design and Technical Teams.The Kind of Clients We Work With
We work with a variety of medium to large-sized companies, and funded startups, across various industries ranging from educational institutions, and insurance, to health, environmental, and not-for-profits.
