8. User Out of Office for Inbox and Help Desk - [Public Beta]

What is it?

Admins and individual users can set out-of-office blocks based on the user’s time zone. When a user is out of office, their availability status will be changed to "Away," preventing automatic assignment in inboxes or the Help Desk, ensuring smooth operation without interruption.

9. Two-Way Invoice Sync for QuickBooks Online - [Public Beta]
